At Loughmiller Machine, Tool & Design we provide many service areas. We are able to provide design services with our Level 3 Inventor Design Software that provides 3D modeling.

We have a large CNC HAAS Milling Department that encompasses 17 Machining Centers that range from a VF1 to a VF11 with a 120 inch table. We also have 5 Axis Machining capabilities with our HAAS UMC 750 5-Axis Machining Center. We utilize Mastercam Software for our programming needs.

We have a CNC Lathe Turning department that includes several Mori Seide Turning Centers with 2 and 4 axis capabilities that also utilize Mastercam Software.

We have 3 Omax Waterjets with and can accommodate material up to 160” long by 80” wide by 6” thick.

We have a complete Manual department that specializes in those short runs and specialized one off parts.

We offer many specialized services with different equipment including both wire and sinker EDM capabilities, grinding and laser engraving that we incorporate in our facility.

We also offer fabrication and design services with a complete welding and fabrication department.

At our facilities we have a complete paint shop that provides painting for many different applications as well as a Sandblasting Facility.

We are AS9100 2015 certified and provide our customers in the Defense, Aerospace, Automotive and Manufacturing Industries quality design, prototyping and production that ensures quality products.
